When you are fully gentle, without arrogance and without aggression, you see the brilliance of the universe. You develop a true perception of the universe.

Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

My primary meditation practice comes from the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, as taught to me by my teachers Dr. Reginald Ray and Caroline Pfohl at Dharma Ocean. It is an embodied meditation practice, meaning that we utilize our felt sense of experience to connect us to the here and now. Other amazing teachers I have studied with include David Nichtern (find him at Dharma Moon) and Susan Piver (find her at The Open Heart Project).

I have my amazing therapist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner Pam Stockton to thank for leading me in the direction of dedicated and consistent practice and study. Learning, gradually, to inhabit my body and the totality of who I actually am with compassion, it is my honor to share these practices.

I am beyond grateful for all of these amazing teachers, beyond words.

I work one on one and with groups. I can guide you through meditation practices and also teach you tools and techniques from these practices that you can use on the spot, wherever you are. I want to meet you where you are so that you can meet life where it meets you. This includes learning and practicing tools, techniques, and awarenesses that can actually make a difference for you in your life. ❤️
