Fridays 1:00 - 1:45 pm starts from 17th Feb A brief coverage of Patanjali's definition of Yoga and meditation; his practice-based five-fold path (within the Ashtanga Yoga) integrated in the form of basic meditation. You will get a good idea what meditation is; what could be benefits from it and its scientific basis can help you learn it.
